Our program is a comprehensive teacher service program which recruits best teachers from all over the world and provides placement in the USA. Initial shortlisting of future US teacher candidates are done by a panel of Teach Amity committee involving experienced teachers, parent, and retired superintend. Committee mainly focus on teacher candidates’ academic merit, experience, classroom management skills, team playing skills and their overall performance in current school. Teach Amity committee also authenticate the teacher candidates Skill in English Language Communication by testing their oral and written ability in English. In addition to these factors, Teach Amity selection process also takes into account feedback from all stakeholders of their current school before their resume is shortlisted and presented to a school district.
Once Shortlisting of teachers is done school district can make a selection directly from shortlisted candidates or may follow one of the below methods in making final decision.
School district representative can hire shortlisted teachers by video conference and phone/Webcam technology, without leaving the comfort of their own office.
Or
School district representative can make final decision to hire shortlisted teachers by traveling abroad and conducting a face-to-face interview.
